The Power Of The Internet In 1995

This video may not have originally been intended as a comedy video, but it's pretty funny in retrospect. It's a documentary about "Internet Power" from 1995 that includes explanations of what a web browser is and shows off websites such as The Weatherman, where you can email your trip profile to a guy who will then email you a weather forecast by hand.
